Most shorts bind or ride up on squats and lunges. These do not move. Full range of motion on every rep, no adjusting mid-set. The waistband locks in without feeling tight. This is what training shorts should be.

Three months in and they still look brand new. The only thing I would say is the waistband sits slightly higher than I expected but once I got used to it I did not think about it again. Quality and durability are both legit. Would buy again.

I am usually between a medium and large. Sized up to a large and it fits exactly right. Not baggy, not tight. The waistband has enough stretch that you are not overthinking the fit. Just put them on and train.
